You may bring your own prepared food and drink when you purchase the Pete’s Package. Please note that cake will not be provided. No grills, no pinatas, no glass, no music, no alcohol, and no outside vendors (like clowns, catering companies or characters) are permitted. Enchanted Island will not be responsible for any lost or damage products or goods including cakes that you request storage for in our refrigerators. Enchanted Island does NOT have storage facility for ice cream or ice cream cakes/cupcakes.
$75.00 non-refundable deposit required to guarantee reservation.
48 hour notice in order to reschedule in order not to forfeit $75 non-refundable deposit.
If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less than $75 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 48 hours of the party.
Pete will only make an appearance if the temperature is less than 95 degrees. These areas can hold up to 100 people. You may bring all of your own decorations and your own pre-cooked food.
**KEEP IN MIND: The balance must be paid in full by the Thursday before your party. You may come in 15 minutes earlier than party start time to check in. No one may enter the amusement park outside of operating hours to set-up. Failure to pay for your birthday party purchases in full including but not limited to additional wristbands, pizzas, etc, is theft of service and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Our Pete's Package is limited to the items in this section only, not combined with those of our Birthday Bash Package.

RAIN POLICY
When it rains at the Amusement Park on the morning/afternoon of your party, you must discuss with Management your plans for the day. You have the right to cancel your party up until the start time for a 90% refund of the party total if it is raining. If there is inclement weather, but you choose to show and up until one hour into your party time you decide to cancel, there will be only a 50% refund of the party total, excluding food. After one hour into the party, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to receive any refund of the party total.
