Pirates Cove Party Area
You may bring your own prepared food and drink when you purchase the Pirates Cove Area. Please note that a cake will not be provided. A charcoal BBQ grill is also available for use. We do not provide the charcoal or lighter fluid.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Pirates Cove. $50 will be applied as a cleaning deposit and the other $50 towards the balance of your party. You must give a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule as not to forfeit your $100 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit may be paid with cash or major credit card, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less than $100 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 48 hours of the party.
The balance of the party must be paid in full the Thursday before your party. You may come in 15 minutes earlier than party start time to check in. No one may enter the amusement park outside of oepratin hours to set-up. Failure to pay for your birthday party purchases in full including but not limited to additional wristbands, pizza, sodas, etc., is theft of services and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Cleaning deposits are refundable once your party is finished and your area is inspected by management. If you need to cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable.
** KEEP IN MIND THAT DJ’S, PRIVATE BOUNCE COMPANIES, GLASS CONTAINERS AND OUTSIDE VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED! (like clowns, catering companies or costume characters). You can bring in canned beer but it will not be allowed outside of your area (City of Phoenix alcohol permit required). You are also allowed to bring in a small boom box for music at a proper volume, the music must be appropriate for a child's amusement park.
Enchanted Island will not be responsible for any lost or damage products or goods including cakes that you request storage for in our refrigerators. Enchanted Island does NOT have storage facility for ice cream or ice cream cakes/cupcakes. No food, beverages or candy allowed inside bounces. Cleaning deposit will be forfeited if bounces are not clean.
Hanging of decorations is allowed, you may not use tape or staples. We suggest using paper binder clips.
When it rains at the Amusement Park on the morning/afternoon of your party, you must discuss with Management your plans for the day. You have the right to cancel your party up until the start time for a 90% refund of the party total if it is raining. If there is inclement weather, but you choose to show and up until one hour into your party time you decide to cancel, there will be on a 50% refund of the party total, excluding food. After one hour into the party, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to receive any refund of the party total.

Please keep in mind that we are an outdoor amusement facility and have no control over the wildlife that visits our park such as bees, pigeons and other indigenous creatures known to be in the outdoors.
